This work asks you to be honest about difficult things. You deserve to know exactly what happens to your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What you write in your workbook is private.
Your workbook answers are saved in your own web browser, on your own device. They are never sent to us, never stored on a server, and we have no way to read them. If you clear your browser data they are gone, and even we cannot recover them.

When you buy a workbook: your first name, last name and email address, plus a record of what you purchased. Your payment details go directly to Stripe or PayPal, whichever you choose at checkout. We never see or store them.
When you take the quiz: your answers are used to work out which phase fits you, and are shown back to you. If you choose to give us your email address, we keep that.
When you book a call: your name, email and the details you enter in the booking form.
When you visit the site: standard technical information such as your approximate location, browser and the pages you viewed, collected by our website platform.
When you work in a coaching session: whatever you choose to tell us, plus any notes we keep to support your work.
To deliver what you bought, to send you your access details, to answer your questions, to schedule and prepare for coaching, and, if you have agreed to it, to send you occasional emails about the work. That is all.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not read your workbook answers. We do not share what you tell us in a coaching session, except as described in our Terms and Conditions.
We use a small number of service providers to run this business. Each holds only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy:
Systeme.io hosts our website, checkout and email, and stores your name, email and purchase history.
Stripe and PayPal handle payments. Your card or account details go directly to them and we never receive or store them.
Netlify hosts the workbook files themselves. It receives no personal information from you.
Calendly handles call bookings and receives what you enter in the booking form.
Facebook and WhatsApp run our community groups. If you join one, that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply, and other members can see what you post.
Some of these providers store information outside Canada, which means it may be subject to the laws of the country it is held in.
If you buy from us we will email you about your purchase. If you have agreed to hear from us more generally, you may also receive occasional emails about new phases, group offerings or resources. Every one of those carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough. We will keep sending purchase and access emails regardless, because you need them.
Our website uses cookies to keep the site working, remember your session, and understand in general terms how the site is being used. Your workbook uses your browser's local storage to save your answers on your own device. You can clear or block either through your browser settings, though clearing local storage will erase your workbook answers.
Purchase records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Email subscription details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Coaching notes are kept only as long as they are useful to your work, and are destroyed on request.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time. Email us and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
We use reputable platforms with their own security measures, and we limit access to your information to what is necessary. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
This work is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. The version published on yourtransformationcoach.ca is always the current one.
