Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By buying or using any workbook, quiz, program or coaching service offered through yourtransformationcoach.ca, you agree to everything set out below.
These terms are between you and Your Transformation, located in Manitoba, Canada. Throughout this document "we", "us" and "our" mean Your Transformation, and "you" means the person buying or using our materials.
We offer self-guided workbooks, which can also be worked through in a group setting, a self-assessment quiz, and personal coaching for women navigating major life changes. This work is educational and supportive in nature.
This is not therapy, medical care, or professional advice.
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical diagnosis, medication, legal advice or financial advice. We are not licensed mental health professionals, physicians, lawyers or financial advisors, and nothing we provide should be treated as such. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your doctor, a licensed therapist, or emergency services.
Every woman's circumstances are different. We make no promise, warranty or guarantee about any particular outcome, emotional change, income, relationship, health result or life change. Any examples or descriptions of progress are illustrative only and are not a prediction of what will happen for you. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, honesty, circumstances and choices.
You are and remain solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take, including any decision made during or after working through our materials or speaking with us. You agree that you use our materials at your own discretion and risk, and that you will seek qualified professional help where your situation calls for it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Transformation and anyone working with us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising out of or connected to your purchase or use of our materials or services. This includes, without limitation, emotional distress, loss of income, loss of opportunity, relationship difficulty, or any decision you make.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product or service in question.
Our workbooks are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Because you receive the full content the moment you pay, all workbook and digital product sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges or credits are offered once a purchase is complete. Please read the description of each phase carefully before buying, and contact us first if you are unsure whether it is right for you. Coaching sessions are dealt with separately in section 10.
When you buy a workbook you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own growth. You may print it and write in it as often as you like.
You may not share, forward, copy, resell, publish, teach from, or distribute any part of our materials, or share your access link with anyone else. All content, including text, exercises, artwork, images and the Clarity, Choice, Freedom method, remains our intellectual property.
Anything you write in a workbook belongs to you. Workbook answers are saved in your own browser on your own device. We do not collect, read, store or have any access to what you write.
What you share in a coaching session is treated as confidential and will not be shared without your permission, except where we are required by law to disclose it, or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or another person. Please note that coaching does not carry the same legal privilege as therapy or medical care.
Booked sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited. We may end a coaching relationship at any time if we believe the work is not appropriate for your needs or if the relationship becomes disrespectful, and any unused portion will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Our Facebook and WhatsApp groups are shared spaces. Treat other members with kindness and keep what is shared there private. We may remove any member whose conduct is disrespectful, promotional, or harmful to the group.
Our website, checkout, workbooks and community groups run on third party platforms. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or the practices of those platforms, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on yourtransformationcoach.ca at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of Manitoba.
